General Health and Safety Consultancy Services
Courses are held in Sussex, or at a venue of
your choice in Surrey, Kent and London.
Safety Management Systems
Following an analysis of your company's operations and procedures we can
assist you in developing a Safety Management System specifically tailored
to your company. The system will be based on the HSE's recommended system
HSG65 or OHSAS 18001. We also have the skills and resources to develop
Integrated Management Systems that combine Health & Safety with Quality
and Environmental Management Systems.
Safety Policies & Procedures
Policies and procedures will be prepared in consultation with yourselves
following a detailed inspection and discussion at your premises. All documentation
will be tailored to your particular requirements and written in a clear
and easy to understand format using your corporate style.
Audits & Inspections
We can undertake a simple inspection or an in-depth audit at your company
to identify safety issues and make prioritised, practical and cost-effective
recommendations for improvement.
Risk & COSHH Assessments
We can assist you in preparing for and undertaking all types of risk assessment
to help you comply with your statutory obligations. During the process
we will coach your staff so that they can develop their risk assessment
skills and take ownership of the task.
Fire Risk Assessments
We use the services of a qualified fire safety consultant to undertake
fire risk assessments in all types of premises, in accordance with the
requirements of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) order 2005. A fully
compliant fire risk assessment report is produced and issued after the
visit to the premises.
Office Display Screen Equipment
By undertaking DSE assessments we will help you to identify ergonomic
problems that could ultimately result in long term health issues and recommend
simple cost effective solutions to any problems found. We will also ensure
that your staff are aware of how to set up their work stations correctly.
Manual Handling
We can assist you in assessing your manual handling tasks and identify
major risk areas that could lead to injury. The manual handling assessment
process will help to reduce risks by finding better and often more efficient
ways of doing the work.
